PSU & Other Central government exams

This group covers central government recruiters that sit outside UPSC, SSC and the railway boards: the Department of Posts, public sector companies such as Coal India and Airports Authority of India, the scientific departments ISRO and BARC, statutory bodies such as BIS and ESIC, and the Supreme Court registry. Each body writes its own notification, so age cut-off dates, fees and exam patterns differ from post to post. India Post GDS has no written test at all and ranks applicants on Class 10 marks. Some employers, including AAI for engineering posts, shortlist on GATE scores instead of holding their own exam.
