The official RRB portal provides recruitment notices by Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) number. Match your cycle and regional board; question-response and answer-key links may be time-limited.
NCERT & foundation books
The foundation reading for UPSC, State PSC, SSC and Railways GA — free as official PDFs, no third-party site needed.
NCERT’s textbook portal provides digital books and chapter PDFs by class, subject and title. Check the edition and choose chapters that match your examination syllabus.
NCERT exemplar problems in Science and Mathematics. Use the relevant class and subject for additional practice alongside the textbooks.
NIOS course materials cover secondary and senior-secondary subjects. Use the academic course and study-material sections to find relevant books and modules.
IGNOU’s digital repository includes self-learning material across subjects such as Political Science, History, Economics and Public Administration. Check course codes and unit dates when selecting material.
Syllabus, calendars & notifications
The documents that define your exam — read the original, not a summary of it.
Select your examination and year, then open Download Notification → Notice for the scheme and syllabus. Check any later corrigenda alongside the original notification.
Open SSC’s Examination Calendar and the notice for your exam. Calendar windows are tentative; newer notifications and schedule changes take precedence.
IBPS calendars and detailed notices for PO/MT, CSA, Specialist Officers and Regional Rural Banks. Confirm the cycle number and any amendments before using dates or exam-pattern details.
SBI’s own recruitment notices, application links and examination updates. Check the advertisement number for the position and recruitment cycle you need.
Current affairs & reference sources
Government publications and institutional analysis for checking current-affairs facts and reading the underlying documents.
Government press releases on schemes, appointments and policy announcements. Check the release date and issuing ministry, and follow any linked documents for detail.
Independent legislative research, bill summaries and policy analysis. PRS is an institutional research source, not a government publisher; consult the bill or official text alongside its analysis.
Economic Survey reports and statistical material from the Union Budget website. Select the correct year and check the table definitions before citing a figure.
RBI publications include monetary policy statements, annual reports and explanatory material. Check publication dates when studying policy rates or other figures that change.
Official Census publications and demographic tables. Always record the census year and geography; older census figures should not be presented as current population estimates.
Official bilateral briefs, joint statements and foreign-policy releases. Read the publication date and country or visit context when using them for international-relations preparation.
