Terms of service

Weekly and monthly voucher contests are live in the Improvam app from 23 September 2026. The top eligible player can win a voucher once enough players take part. Prize levels are listed on the rewards page. The full rules are in section 5 of the app's Terms & Conditions.

These terms describe voucher offers. Check the dates and eligibility of the specific contest before taking part. See rewards information or contact support for the offer applicable to your account.

The service

Improvam provides free exam-preparation content — quizzes, curated news, previous-year papers — plus points, streaks, leaderboards and reward contests. Browser practice is free. Check the rules shown for each app contest before participating.

Contests and rewards

  • Eligible winners receive vouchers under the applicable contest rules. Check the contest period, eligibility, scoring, minimum points, voucher value and delivery instructions.
  • Points are not a cash balance. Voucher offers do not provide cash, UPI transfers or bank payouts.
  • Meeting a points threshold alone does not guarantee a prize. Winner verification and fair-play checks apply.
  • Vouchers are subject to the issuer's terms, including applicable use and expiry conditions.
  • Browser practice scores do not enter app contests or qualify for voucher rewards.
  • Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, Improvam contests or voucher prizes.

This clarification does not cancel an entitlement under an offer you already entered. Contact support with the original offer and contest date if an earlier promise differs from these terms.

Fair play

One account per person. Automation, answer-sharing rings, multiple accounts or any manipulation of scoring disqualifies the account from contests and may lead to suspension. We may adjust scores affected by bugs or abuse to keep contests fair for everyone.

Content

Questions, explanations and news summaries are provided for preparation purposes. We work hard on accuracy but don't guarantee exam outcomes — verify critical facts against official notifications and sources.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@improvam.com.
