Madhya Pradesh government exams
Two bodies fill most state government jobs in Madhya Pradesh. The MP Public Service Commission (MPPSC) in Indore runs the State Service Exam and the exams for other officer-level posts. The MP Employees Selection Board (MPESB) in Bhopal runs computer-based tests for police, patwari, forest guard, jail, teacher, nursing and engineering posts. MPESB publishes a separate rulebook (niyam pustika) for each test, and that rulebook is the document to read for age limits, posts and the exam pattern.
