Jammu and Kashmir government exams

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) runs the non-gazetted recruitment on this page: police constables and sub-inspectors for the Home Department, Junior Assistants, Accounts Assistants, junior engineers for the power corporations, Mission Poshan supervisors and multi purpose health workers. The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) fills gazetted posts: its Combined Competitive Examination selects officers for the J&K Administrative, Police and Accounts services, and its judicial service exam recruits Civil Judges (Junior Division). Every JKSSB advertisement on this page asks for a valid J&K domicile certificate issued by the last date of the online form. JKSSB written tests are objective, set in English only, and carry negative marking.
