Uttar Pradesh government exams

Uttar Pradesh fills most state jobs through four recruiting bodies. UPPSC in Prayagraj runs the PCS and other gazetted-post exams, UPSSSC shortlists for posts such as Lekhpal, forest guard and junior assistant through its PET score, the UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board hires constables, sub-inspectors and jail warders, and UPESSC selects teachers for basic and secondary schools. Each body posts its advertisements on its own website. The police board and UPESSC both ask you to finish One Time Registration (OTR) before the application form opens.
