Nagaland government exams
Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) fills the state's gazetted posts and some Class III posts. Its three main open exams are the NCS, NPS and Allied Services exam for administrative posts, the Combined Technical Services Examination (CTSE) for engineers and other professionals, and the Common Educational Services Examination (CESE) for college and school teachers. The Nagaland Staff Selection Board (NSSB) recruits for Group C posts through CSRE and CETSE, and only Indigenous Inhabitants of Nagaland can apply. Police Headquarters holds its own open rally for constables, and SCERT Nagaland runs N-TET, the teacher eligibility test for Classes I to VIII.
