You cannot prepare for the SBI PO psychometric test by collecting impressive interview phrases. The useful work is knowing your own behaviour and being able to explain decisions clearly.

Approach profiling without a manufactured persona
Read each statement carefully and answer according to your actual tendencies. Trying to look endlessly assertive, endlessly agreeable and endlessly risk-taking can produce a picture that does not resemble you.
Preparation can be simple. Reflect on a time you accepted feedback, dealt with a disagreement or changed a decision after receiving new information. Use real examples from education, employment or ordinary responsibilities. You do not need to have managed a large team to discuss how you work with other people.
Do not share proprietary test items or search for a supposedly perfect response key. Practise reading instructions and maintaining attention instead. Follow the format and technical arrangements in your own call letter.
Contribute something useful in a group
In a practice discussion, try making one clear point with a reason. Then listen. If another person adds a relevant point, acknowledge it and build on it where appropriate.
For a fictional topic such as improving service for elderly customers, move beyond “banks should use technology”. Identify a practical difficulty, suggest an action and explain its limitation. A simple queue-management improvement may be easier to defend than an elaborate proposal with no implementation detail.
Time yourself occasionally. A point that needs ninety seconds of introduction may be clearer with the introduction removed. Practise disagreeing with the idea rather than attacking the speaker. Invite clarification when you are unsure what another participant meant.
Keep interview answers grounded
Prepare a short introduction that explains your current position and relevant background. A panel can ask follow-up questions on any claim you make, so avoid adding hobbies or achievements just because they sound attractive.
For your education or work, choose a few topics you should reasonably understand and revise them. For banking developments, learn the basic fact and the underlying reason. If you cannot verify a recent statistic, do not force it into an answer.
When you do not know something, say so plainly. You can separate what you know from what you would need to check without guessing confidently.
Rehearse under ordinary pressure
Ask someone to interrupt with a follow-up question. Practise returning to the question calmly instead of delivering the rest of a memorised speech. Record one session and review clarity, pace and whether you answered what was asked.
Keep a document checklist from the official stage instructions. Completing that work early leaves more attention for preparation and travel arrangements.
