RRB JE admit card: find your e-call letter and exam city

Check the correct RRB JE recruitment and CBT stage, find official e-call letter links, and prepare your documents without relying on old release dates.

To find your RRB JE admit card, begin with the official Railway Recruitment Board website for the board you applied to. Match the Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) number and CBT stage before opening its e-call letter link. Searching only for “RRB JE admit card 2026” can mix different recruitment cycles.

A city-intimation slip and an e-call letter serve different purposes. Use city information to plan travel, then read the e-call letter for the centre and admission instructions. Do not arrive with only a city slip.

Find the right recruitment notice

Open your application confirmation and note the RRB, CEN number and post. Keep these alongside the registration number. When you reach a railway recruitment page, compare all of them before entering a candidate portal.

For example, the RRB Chandigarh CEN 03/2024 JE archive contains separate CBT 1 and CBT 2 notices and download entries. Those are historical records. A working archive page is not evidence that a current admit-card window is open.

The Improvam RRB JE page brings together the recruitment sources. Follow the latest official notice linked for your own cycle, including any rescheduling notice.

Download your e-call letter

  1. Find the city-intimation or e-call letter announcement on your official RRB site.
  2. Read the CEN number and whether it concerns CBT 1, CBT 2 or another stage.
  3. Follow the candidate link from that announcement. Some boards use a separate examination-service domain; establish that connection through the official notice.
  4. Enter only the identifiers requested by that form, then save the document available to your account.
  5. Check every page and the instructions before making the printed copy needed for admission.

A social-media message may announce a link before you can see a document in your account. Check the actual notice for availability and any timing relative to your own examination date. Do not assume that another candidate's download date applies to you.

Before you book travel

Record the city when it is available. Once the e-call letter appears, check the full centre address, shift and reporting instructions. Allow time to travel from the station to the centre; a venue described as being in a city may still be far from its main railway station.

Save an offline copy of the certificate and directions. Read the notice before assuming you are entitled to any travel concession. If a travel-authority document is provided for your application, use its stated conditions rather than a forwarded explanation.

Check identity and exam-day instructions

Compare the name, photograph and other identifying information with your application. Make a packing list from the current e-call letter, including the accepted identity proof and any photographs or additional documents it requests.

Read the instructions on signatures, declarations and biometric checks before completing anything. Follow the stated calculator and device rules. Equipment used while preparing for engineering papers may not be permitted in the examination hall.

If information is incorrect, contact the helpdesk identified by your recruitment notice. Keep your application details and a clear description of the mismatch ready. Avoid posting a complete admit card publicly: it may expose identifiers and your examination location.

When no e-call letter appears

Check the CEN and CBT stage first. Then check your application status and the latest scheduling notice. A missing link can have several causes; it does not by itself confirm rejection or cancellation. If the window should be open for you, send the recorded error to official support.

Continue revision with the RRB JE paper guide, and keep other railway applications separate in the railway exam directory.
